The sofa is much larger than we anticipated, so check the measurements before ordering (it easily fits 3 full-sized adults). The cushion fabric is like Sunbrella - nothing sticks to it or stains and it is a breeze to spot clean. The cushions are also nicely formed and fit well again the users body. They are a little lightweight, so a slight breeze can flip them over or send them to the ground. The two side chairs are also very ample in size. I'm waiting to see how the teak on the arms weathers...

One Leg doesn’t have a fully threaded hole for the bolt to screw in, they won’t replace the leg and want me to hire a handy man- try to find a handy man to come for this very small job
Ben was super helpful in advising me on the purchase, which arrived to New York from Florida in under 2 days and four hours from the time of my order. I couldn't believe how fast and professional it all was. The table seems to be very high quality. It's sturdy and beautiful. I bought a mix of the Sailmate and Florida chairs to go with it. Both are beautiful too. The Florida chair recline function is quite nice, and allows a second non-dining use for the chairs.

Homage Row and Ben in particular are great. Royal teak made a mistake with shipment and Ben quickly sorted it out and had the missing furniture to my house in days. Ben chatted with me late on a Friday to resolve my issues. Also the Royal Teak Miami furniture is beautiful teak. Solid well build, mortice and tenon furniture with adjustable seating angles. VERY Happy, wish there were recommended covers, scoured amazon for the right sizes.
