Take a Stand with the Sizzle of Dual Fuel. The CBO-750 Hybrid Stand Residential Oven for outdoor use delivers twice the cooking power with its dual-burner gas system. An infrared burner beneath the hearth is ideal for searing meats and providing uniform heat, while the ambient burner at the back of the hearth allows for oven-like indirect cooking. You can also burn wood at the back or side of the oven to bring authentic wood-fired flavor to every meal.

Hybrid ovens are available in Natural Gas (NG) or Propane Gas (LP). Units must be designated NG or LP at the time of order and are shipped complete from the factory; they cannot be retrofitted in the field.

The Residential (R) oven is certified for outdoor residential use only.
