Estimated Set Up time for 2 people is 3 to 5 hours. The factory built wooden sets are custom built and available in approximately two weeks. Any wood approved for outdoor use. We use Southern Yellow Pine in all of the PlayStar Factory Built and Ready to Assemble Playsets. Independent studies have proved that it is much stronger than Cedar or Fir. In fact, Over 70% stronger than Chinese Cedar (Fir) as documented across a variety of metrics by testing laboratories.
